A Picture is Worth 1,000 Transplant Journeys! Contribute to Our Transplant Community
This community is like none other - it’s diverse in both the roles we play and the type of transplant needed. We consist of organ recipients, donors, family members, and caregivers of those affected by transplant. Although different reasons have led you down this path, you can all relate in more ways than one.
April is National Donate Life Month, and to honor those affected by transplant, we would love to create a mosaic from various photographs, contributed by our community members. The subject matter can be focused on their journey, loved one(s), or anything special to the photographer!
